Alison Bennett
Alison Bennett is the Right of Way Local Project and Relocation Supervisor at the Nebraska Department of Transportation based in Lincoln, NE. She began her Right of Way career in 2015 with the NDOT in negotiations and became a member of IRWA at that time. She is a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Recently an empty nester, Alison enjoys time with her daughters’, Brogan’s & Tatumn’s families as well as spending time with friends & family.

Rob Latimer, SR/WA
Robert Latimer is the Principal of Right Way Land & Compliance, a full-service land provider located in Omaha NE. Robert began his career in land in 1989 and has worked across Alberta Canada and various states in the U.S. on pipeline and renewable energy projects. He has held a SR/WA designation since 2009 and holds NE and IA R.E. Lic. designations. In his free time, Robert is active in the Aksarben Curling Club and teaching others about the sport.

Shana Sprackling
Shana Sprackling is the Principle and Manager of Sprackling Real Estate Solutions, LLC providing comprehensive real estate solutions located in Lincoln, NE. Shana is an active member of the IRWA and has declared candidacy for the Professional Right of Way Certification Program as an SR/WA in Electric & Utilities. Shana is also a Nebraska Certified General Real Property Appraiser, Nebraska Licensed Salesperson, Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute, and serves as the current Chapter 78 IRWA Secretary. Shana leverages 28 years of combined experience in real property litigation appraisal and appraisal review, stakeholder negotiations, and strategic electric utility planning, routing, and public engagement. Shana enjoys spending time with her husband Steve, three beautiful daughters, Carlee, Haley, and Mattie as well as her pooch Berkeley, kitty Callie, and loves the outdoors.

Janae Weston
Janae Weston has been a member of IRWA for four years and is currently pursuing her SR/WA. She is currently serving as the Right of Way Local Projects & Highway Relocation Supervisor at the Nebraska Department of Transportation. Janae has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and is actively pursuing a Master’s in the same field. Janae is known for her positive outlook, humor, and commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and learning. A mom of three and a wife, she balances her professional aspirations with a deep commitment to her family and personal development.

Maria Rodriguez, RWA/RCA
Maria Rodriguez is a bilingual right of way and relocation agent with Midwest Right of Way Services, Inc. She began her career in right of way negotiations and relocation assistance in 2007 and has been part of the Midwest Right of Way team since 2013. Maria has negotiated acquisitions and provided relocation assistance services for local, state and federally funded projects in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Arizona. She holds a RW/RAC designation through the IRWA and is working toward her SR/WA designation. Maria enjoys watching a good football game and spending quality time with her family.
